The most useful personas focus on goals, context and behaviour - what the person is trying to get done and what stands in their way - rather than on demographics alone.
Give each persona a memorable name and a quote that sums up their mindset. Revisit them as you learn more from research, and retire personas that no longer match real customers.

At minimum: who they are, their goals, their frustrations and how they make decisions. Quotes and behaviour details make personas memorable and believable.
