Grouped by time of day
Morning, afternoon and evening sections match how most stacks are actually organized and taken.
Build your stack, check each item off a daily checklist grouped by time of day, and see your 7 and 30-day adherence per supplement.

Supplements only work if you actually take them, consistently, over time. A checklist and an adherence number make the gap between "I take my vitamins" and reality impossible to ignore.

Every new day starts unchecked, but nothing is deleted — past days stay in your adherence numbers.
See exactly which supplement you're actually consistent with and which one keeps slipping.
Adherence is a simple idea borrowed from clinical research: out of the days you were supposed to take something, on how many did you actually take it. For supplements, that number is often surprising, because it's easy to remember the days you took your vitamins and mentally skip past the days you didn't. This tracker computes adherence per supplement rather than as one blended number for your whole stack, because a real stack rarely has uniform consistency — someone might be reliably good about a morning multivitamin and much less consistent about an evening magnesium they keep forgetting. Both a 7-day and a 30-day window are shown side by side so you can see whether a recent effort is holding up over a longer stretch, or whether a good week is an exception rather than a new normal. The daily checklist resets every calendar day by design, because yesterday's checkmark shouldn't count toward today, but nothing is ever deleted — every day you've checked or skipped an item is preserved in the background and rolled into the adherence percentages. If a supplement's adherence stays low for weeks despite good intentions, that's often a sign the routine itself needs to change, like moving a forgotten evening dose earlier in the day rather than trying harder to remember it.
Taking supplements right after brushing your teeth or making coffee raises adherence more than willpower alone.
The supplement with the lowest adherence usually needs a routine change, not just more reminders.
A strong 7-day number with a weak 30-day number means a recent streak, not yet a lasting habit.
Fill in the name, dosage text such as "1000mg" and pick a time of day, then select Add supplement. It appears on today's checklist under that time-of-day section.
Yes. Each day starts with every supplement unchecked. Your check marks are stored against that specific date, so previous days' history is kept even after today's checklist resets.
For each supplement, adherence is the number of days it was checked off within the last 7 or 30 days, divided by the number of days since it was added, capped at 7 or 30.
Add it once per time of day, for example a supplement taken morning and evening can be added as two separate entries, each tracked and checked off independently.
