Keep entries short
A rapid log works best as a single short line, not a paragraph.
Rapid-log tasks, events and notes into named collections, just like a paper bullet journal. Click a task's symbol to cycle it through open, done, migrated and cancelled.
The bullet journal method keeps entries short and uses a small set of symbols instead of long-form notes, so you can capture a thought in seconds without breaking your flow. Tasks are meant to move: an open bullet becomes a completed one, gets migrated forward if it is still relevant, or gets crossed out if it no longer matters, which keeps a list honest instead of accumulating stale items forever.
A rapid log works best as a single short line, not a paragraph.
If a task keeps getting migrated without progress, it may be worth asking whether it belongs on the list at all.
A bullet marks a task, a circle marks an event, and a dash marks a note, following the standard rapid-logging system.
Click its symbol. Tasks cycle through open, done, migrated and cancelled each time you click.
In the paper bullet journal system, migrating a task means moving it forward to a future log because it is still relevant but was not done yet.
Yes, add as many named collections as you like using the Add button, and switch between them with the tabs above the entry form.
