About the milestone timeline

A vertical timeline makes it easy to see what's coming up next and how far along a project really is. Milestones are automatically ordered by due date, so you don't have to manually reorder anything as plans shift — just add new milestones and update statuses as work happens.

Multiple projects

Switch between projects using the tabs above. Each keeps its own milestones and progress.

Three simple statuses

Upcoming, In Progress, and Done keep tracking lightweight instead of overwhelming.

Always sorted

The timeline reorders itself by due date automatically, no manual dragging required.

Nothing leaves your device

There's no account and no server — your project data lives only in local storage.

Project milestone tracker FAQ

Quick answers about ordering, statuses, and progress.

How are milestones ordered on the timeline?

Milestones are automatically sorted by due date, from soonest to furthest out, regardless of the order you added them.

Can I change a milestone's status after adding it?

Yes. Use the status control on each milestone to cycle it between Upcoming, In Progress, and Done at any time.

How is the percent-complete progress bar calculated?

It's the number of milestones marked Done divided by the total number of milestones in the active project.

Can I track more than one project?

Yes. Create as many projects as you like and switch between them. Each project keeps its own independent list of milestones.
