What makes a good AMRAP score

AMRAP workouts reward pacing and consistency: the goal is to complete as many full rounds of a set circuit as possible before the clock runs out, then note any extra reps into an unfinished round.

Time cap

A fixed countdown window, commonly 10 to 20 minutes, that ends the workout no matter where you are.

Rounds

Each completed lap of the full circuit counts as one round toward your final score.

Extra reps

Work done in a round you didn't finish is logged as extra reps alongside your completed rounds.

Halfway beep

A short beep at the midpoint helps you judge your pace without checking the clock.

AMRAP Timer FAQ

What does AMRAP mean?

AMRAP stands for As Many Rounds (or Reps) As Possible: you complete a set exercise circuit as many times as you can before a fixed time limit runs out.

How do I log my rounds during the workout?

Tap the +1 Round button every time you finish a full lap of the circuit, and use +1 Rep to log extra reps completed in an unfinished round.

What is my final AMRAP score?

It is usually written as rounds plus extra reps, for example 7 rounds + 4 reps, which this timer displays automatically when time expires.

Does the timer beep at any point?

Yes, a short beep sounds halfway through the countdown and a longer signal sounds when time is up.

Can I undo a round I tapped by mistake?

Yes, use the Undo button to remove the most recent round or rep tap.
