Not now — later, on purpose

Worry Time Scheduler

Write down a worry, schedule a set time to deal with it, and let it go until then. The list keeps track so you don't have to.

How it works

1

Write it down

Capture the worry now, and pick a time later today (or tomorrow) to deal with it.

2

Let it wait

The list shows a live countdown to each worry's scheduled time.

3

Deal with it then

When the time arrives, the worry surfaces as ready — mark it resolved or still worried.

FAQ

What is worry time scheduling?

It's a CBT-inspired technique: instead of engaging with a worry the moment it appears, you write it down and postpone it to a fixed "worry time" later, which reduces how much it interrupts your day.

What happens when the scheduled time arrives?

The worry moves into a "Ready to worry about" section. You can then mark it resolved, or mark it still worried if it needs more time.

Is my worry list private?

Yes, your worries and their scheduled times are saved only in your browser's local storage and persist across reloads on this device.
