The evidence

Never is a strong word.

No evidence yet.

Add something you once declared you would absolutely, definitely never do again.

Your shame stays local. Entries and counts are stored only in this browser. There is no account, public leaderboard, or cloud sync.

How this never-again list works

This is a playful personal tracker, not a punishment. Put the promise into words, record each repeat, and notice which “never” deserves a better plan than sheer willpower.

01

Write the vow

Add the habit, choice, purchase, message, or mistake you confidently swore off.

02

Tap the encore

Choose “I did it again” whenever it returns. Each item keeps its own repeat count.

03

Spot the pattern

Use the total and top-repeat stats as honest clues, then laugh, learn, or change the setup.

What belongs on a “never again” list?

Anything memorable enough to inspire a dramatic vow can go here: staying up too late, ignoring the fuel light, replying to a message you meant to leave alone, ordering the risky menu item, or starting a project without measuring first.

Never-again list and shame counter FAQs

What is a Things I Said I'd Never Do Again list?

It is a personal list of choices, habits, and funny mistakes you once promised not to repeat. This version adds a counter to each item so every encore has a receipt.

How does the shame counter work?

Add an item, then press “I did it again” when it repeats. Its count and the overall total both increase. Use Undo last if you tap by accident.

Is this never-again list free to use online?

Yes. The tool is free to use online with no account, download, or sign-up.

Where is my list saved?

Your entries and repeat counts are kept in local storage on this browser and device. Clearing browser data or switching devices may remove or separate the list.

Can I remove something from the list?

Yes. Every item has a remove button, and you can undo the removal for a few seconds if it was accidental.

Is the shame score meant to be serious?

No. It is deliberately playful. Use the counts to notice patterns, not to judge yourself or anyone else.
