Why can't I hear the word?
This tool uses your browser's built-in speech synthesis. Make sure your device volume is up and try a different browser if speech doesn't play — some mobile browsers restrict audio until you interact with the page first.
Is spelling checked case-sensitively?
No. Checking ignores capitalization and surrounding spaces, so "Apple" and "apple" are both marked correct.
Where does my word list come from?
You type it in yourself — one word per line. Nothing is uploaded; the list and your session stay entirely in your browser.
