Review a little every day
A few minutes daily reviewing only what is due is far more effective than one long cram session.
Add flashcards, review the ones due today, and grade how well you remembered each one. The schedule adapts automatically so you review right before you would forget.

Spaced repetition schedules reviews right before you are likely to forget something, which is far more efficient than cramming everything every day. Cards you find easy are pushed further into the future, while cards you struggle with come back sooner. Grading a card Again resets it to a short interval, Hard nudges the interval up slightly, and Good or Easy multiply the interval by an ease factor that grows as you consistently remember a card well.
A few minutes daily reviewing only what is due is far more effective than one long cram session.
The schedule only works well if you grade your actual recall, not how well you think you should have done.
Each card starts with no interval. Grading it Again, Hard, Good or Easy adjusts its interval and an internal ease factor, similar to the classic SM-2 algorithm used by many flashcard apps.
Its interval resets to 1 day and its ease factor decreases slightly, so it comes back around sooner.
