How are the cards shuffled?
Each pair of matching emoji is duplicated and shuffled using your browser's cryptographic random-number generator, so every layout is fair and unpredictable.
Are my best scores saved anywhere besides my browser?
No. Your best move count and best time for Easy and Hard are saved separately in your browser's local storage on this device, and are never uploaded anywhere.
Can I switch difficulty mid-game?
Yes. Choosing a different difficulty immediately shuffles a fresh board for that level. Your in-progress moves and time for the previous board are not kept.
