Are my images uploaded to a server to build the GIF?
No. The GIF encoder library loads from a CDN, but the actual encoding runs entirely client-side in a Web Worker in your browser, so your images are never uploaded anywhere.
Can I control the order and speed of the frames?
Yes. Use the up and down buttons to reorder frames, and set a single frame delay in milliseconds that applies to every frame in the animation.
What if my images are different sizes?
The tool automatically fits every frame into the size of the largest uploaded image, letterboxing smaller images so nothing gets stretched or distorted.
