The dictionary loads with the page, so searches are instant and nothing is sent anywhere.
The solver counts how many of each letter you have, then checks every word in its dictionary of about 38,000 common English words. A word qualifies when it can be spelled with your letters, with each blank tile standing in for any one missing letter.
Scores use the standard Scrabble letter values, and letters filled by a blank are shown underlined in red and score zero. Board bonuses such as double word squares are not included, so the score is the raw tile value.

No. It uses a general English word list, so a few valid tournament words may be missing and some words may not be allowed in your game. Check your official word list for disputes.
